Moses Alade Ajao
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Moses Ajao is the Managing Director of the bank. He has B.Sc in Accountancy and MBA from Obafemi Awolowo University. He has many years working experience in banking industry, most of which has been in microfinance/community banking operations and the remaining in manufacturing industry as internal Auditor. He is also a member of many professional bodies like Institute of Strategic Management, Nigeria (ISMN), Chartered Institute of Loan & Risk Management of Nigeria (MCILRM), Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM).
He is a CIBN Certified Microfinance banker and heads the management team.
ABIDOYE OMOSALEWA NAOMI
HEAD, CREDIT AND MARKETING (RETAIL)
Abidoye Omosalewa is the Head, Credit and Marketing department (Retails) of the Bank. She holds her first degree in Economics from Lagos State University, Ojo Lagos State. She has PGD in Management and MBA in Marketing from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso. She is a member of Institute of Chartered Economics of Nigeria (ICEN) and a certified Member of Microfinance Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).
OBOAGWINA OLUWATOSIN IBUKUN-OLU
ACTING HUMAN RESOURCE
Oboagwina Oluwatosin is a graduate of Federal Polytechnic Ilaro in Marketing. She has 13 years experience in Microfinance Banking. She an associate member of Nigeria Institute of Management, a certified Microfinance Banker and an associate member of Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management.
Currently, she is the acting Head, Human Resources of the Bank and she is in her final stage of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).
RASHIDAT LAWAL
HEAD, BANKING OPERATIONS
Rashidat Lawal is a graduate of Lagos State Polytechnic. She has HND in Business Administration. She also holds her PGD in Management and MBA in Human Resources from Ladoke Akintola University, Oyo State
She is a Certified Microfinance Banker by Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.
She is a self-starter, a team leader and she is very good in public relations. She had worked with Ijegun Community Bank for six years in the operation department and was a foundation staff of GMFB. She is Head, Banking Operations Department.
Benson Olalekan Fadugbagbe
HEAD, INTERNAL AUDIT / RISK MANAGEMENT.
Benson Fadugbagbe holds B.Sc Accounting from Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma. He has many years of experience in banking. He is versatile in internal control and Risk Management. He heads the Internal Audit department, Risk Management and Compliance. He is a CBN/CIBN Certified Microfinance Banker (MCIB), Full Member Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management CILRM and MBA in view from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Ogbomoso.
Moses Oluwafemi Ojo
HEAD ACCOUNT / TREASURY
Ojo Moses is the Accountant of the Bank; he has B.Sc. Accounting from Lagos State University (LASU). He is an associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He has over 19 years work experience 13 of which has been in Microfinance Bank, he is a certified Microfinance Banker by Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).
FAKOYA ABIOLA STELLA
ACTING INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SUPERVISOR
She holds HND in Computer Science from Lagos State Polytechnic. She a member of Nigeria Institute of Management (Chartered), has certificate in Digital Marketing. She is versatile in Information Technology and data processing. She is eager to take challenges and a very good team player.
