COMPANY ACCOUNT
1) Original copies of Certificate of Incorporation must be sited.
2) CAC Form C02 which is the allotment of shares and CAC Form CO7 which is the particulars and details of the directors.
3) Duly completed Account opening form
4) Specimen Signature card or Mandate cards (usually two).
6) Means of Identification e.g. valid Driver’s License, National ID Card, International Passport, ECOWAS Travel Document (Residence permit for expatriates) for signatories
7) Two Recent Passport Size Photographs of Signatories
8) Mandatory Initial Deposit (N5, 000 for Personal Current Account and N 10,000 for Corporate Account).
