Dr. Sonaike is the Chairman of the Board. He is a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University Ile Ife and Oxford University, England with Doctorate Degree in Economics. He was a former lecturer in economics and statistics at Ife.

He is a specialist in the development of small scale industries. He is a seasoned management and financial consultant with over 30 years experience. He was formerly a partner at Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers) and later at BDO Oyediran Faleye Oke & Co (member firm of BDO International).

He was pioneer Managing Director and Chief Executive of BDO OFO Consulting. He was a member of the foundation governing Council of Olabisi Onabanjo University. He is the Chairman of P & G Medical Centre and director of other companies.

Chief Bello holds B.Sc (Econs) degree from University of London. He was formerly an accounts executive at Nigerian Ports Authority. He later joined First Bank Plc (formerly B.B.W.A.) He later became Councilor for Rural Areas at Alimosho Local Government and member of the Teaching Service Commission in 1993 to 1995.

Chief Akinremi is the chairman of the Central Community Development Association of Ijegun Community. Chief Akinremi was a senior officer of Yaba College of Technology until his retirement. Chief Akinremi is a director of other companies.

Dr. Adebiyi is a medical doctor by profession and has practiced medicine in Nigeria, South Africa and Australia at consultant level. He is also a business man with a nose for finance and trading. He therefore brings to the bank extensive international experience and perspective.

Moses Ajao is the Managing Director of the bank. He has B.Sc in Accountancy from Obafemi Awolowo University. He has many years working experience in the banking industry, most of which has been in community banking operations and the remaining in manufacturing industry as internal Auditor.
