Valuation report by a reputable estate valuer
A letter from the vendor undertaking to forward original documents of property to the bank upon completion of transaction
Direct debit mandate
6 months pay slips /6 months bank statement (for employees only)
Letter of introduction or letter of guarantee from employer (if an employee is applying) For employees whose employer will not provide an introduction letter, letter of
employment/confirmation will suffice
Equity Contribution -25%
Duly executed deed of legal mortgage
