Fixed Deposit
 

This is an account in which funds are deposited (fixed) for a specific period of time. Specifically it may be for 30 days, 90 days, 180 days and 365 days and the interest is higher than that of saving account.
 
 
  Features
  • It is basically a discount financing
  • The face value of the invoice is discounted, while disbursements are restricted to 70% of the invoice value.
  • Only first class contractees / Principals are accepted.
  Benefits
  • It helps to ease cash flow of the supplier/customer by availing it with required funds to continue with its operations against expected receipt of contract proceeds from the contractee.
