Incorporated societies, clubs and associations

• Account opening form duly completed. The standard mandate and resolution form should be signed by the president/chairman in the presence of an officer of the bank
• Specimen signature card duly completed by each signatory to the account
• At least two independent and satisfactory references. Referees must not be officials of the club, association or their spouses
• Minutes of the meeting of the Association where the opening of the account was authorized
• Location report
• Three clear identical passport photographs of each signatory to the account with the name and signature of each signatory on the reverse
• The president/chairman of the association must provide satisfactory evidence of identity(valid copy of international passport or Drivers license or National identity)
• Copy of rules/constitution, certified as a true copy by the president/chairman or secretary of the club/association
• Registration certificate(if applicable) original to be sighted by Account officer
• Authority to debit association’s account for the cost of search, sighted by signatories to the account
