GMFB provides funding and financing for a specific project. The loan and equity returns are tied to the cash flows and fortunes of the project rather than being dependant on the parent company/companies. This product is usually offered in the form of Term Loans, Mortgage Loans, etc.

The target market include SMEs, Micro-enterprises, cooperative societies, groups, artisans and individuals executing or about to execute Projects requiring relatively large initial capital outlays, and have a gestation period before providing returns, e.g. Clients undergoing expansion works, Building/Construction projects etc.
