Prospective customer must: Fill out account opening form and mandate card
Provide passport photograph of both account holder and beneficiary Provide a form of identification (driver’s license/international passport/national identity) of the parent.
In the case of applying for an E-plan loan, the customer must:
Fill out the student’s loan request form
Provide a valid student’s identity card or form
Provide evidence of regular cash inflow of self or sponsor Specify his/her intended repayment term Provide a loan security
