• Two specimen signature card duly completed by applicant

• Three clear passport size photograph, with the applicant’s name and signature on the reverse.
• A resident permit for non-citizens(original to be sighted by account officers)
• Each applicant must provide satisfactory evidence of identity(valid copy of international passport, drivers licence or national identity card)

Sole Proprietorship

• At least two independent and satisfactory references.
• Referees must not be spouses or relations of the proprietor
  Location report
• Three clear passport photograph of each signatory to the account with the name and signature of each signatory on the reverse
• Applicant must provide satisfactory evidence of identity(valid copy of international passport or drivers licence or national identity)
• Registration certificate(original to be sighted by Account officer)
• Authority to debit association’s account for the cost of search,signed by signatories to the account
• Independent search report(to be obtained by the banks external counsel)
